On September 14, 2016 Sino US aphasia rehabilitation seminar was held in the conference room of new comprehensive building.

This seminar focuses on the four aspects, the conduction of Chinese aphasia clinical assessment, language treatment, nerve rehabilitation and neuroimaging research prospects. In the afternoon, BLCU Party Secretary Li Yuming met with Professor Cynthia Thompson of Northwestern University and his colleagues. He pointed out that the seminar was a bridge between the academic and cultural exchanges between the two countries and scholars, hoping to continue hold down for the well-being of the people.

This seminar will discuss the problems and results of two countries in the field of aphasia neurological rehabilitation, and will jointly set up a Sino US cooperative research group of aphasia rehabilitation.
