On April 8, the fifteenth “Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students pre-finals of Cuba division was ended successfully. The tournament is hosted by the Confucius Institute headquarters / Hanban, jointly undertaken by Chinese Embassy in Cuba and Havana University Confucius Institute.
Seven players showed their profound understandings of Chinese culture and conquered the audience with their excellent performance in the section of speech, quiz and talent show.
“Chinese Bridge” Chinese Proficiency Competition for Foreign College Students has been successfully held in Cuba for seven sessions, which has produced profound influence in the promotion of Chinese language in Cuba and driven more and more Cuban people to join in Chinese learning. This has played a positive role in the long-term development of Confucius Institute and promoted the cultural exchanges between the two countries.
