On March 16, the famous painter Ali Leigong gave a special lecture entitled “The Silk Road Theme Symphony” in our university. This is the continuation of our university’s lecture series “the Belt and Road”, which is jointly organized by the School of Arts and School of Middle East

    Ali Leigong takes the ancient Silk Road as a clue, tells the story of the cultural exchanges between China and Persia from a historical point of view and the influence of Persian miniature painting and Chinese meticulous on each other. He focuses on the emergence, development and contemporary artistic style of the Persian miniature painting and displays the works related to the theme of the “Silk Road”.
