Recently, the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee announced the 2014 “Million Program” young top-notch talent finalists; Professor Zhou Ren of our university was selected to participate in the young top-notch talent support program.

    “Young Talents Support Programs” is one of the 12 major talent projects identified by national talent development plan, led and implemented by the Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, focusing on the cultivation of domestic outstanding young talents under 35 years old. In order to implement the “National Long-Term Talent Development Plan (2010-2020)”,  and to train a large number of outstanding young talents, the Organization Department of the Central Committee of the CPC onwards the implementation of top-notch youth support program from 2011, in natural science, philosophy, social science, culture, arts and other key subject areas, focus on supporting a group of young creative talents each year, training them to be academic and technological leaders who have excellent moral character, outstanding professional ability and comprehensive quality, forming the important reserve force of leading personnel at all fields and at high levels.
