Recently, 2015 Beijing Young Cadre’s Managing Skills Contest ended. Song Ruijing from the student office / Office of International Student Affairs won the first prize on behalf of BLCU.

　　The competition aims to implement the meeting spirit of national overseas work, provide learning and exchange platform for the backbone of college overseas student’s management, improve the operational level of young cadre and assure the sustainable development of overseas student’s education in China. The contest organized comprehensively, owned a professional level and precision in problems, innovative in the form, comprehensively tested the cadre’s management knowledge, job skills and comprehensive quality, applied the theoretical knowledge of intercultural communication, policies and regulations and emergency treatment in the actual work through the contest, let the fellow contestants improved in the two aspects of theory and practice.
