In the morning of November 14, the Deputy Secretary Wang Luxin met with the General Secretary of Paris France-China Friendship Association Mrs. Liset and her husband.

　　Deputy Secretary Wang Luxin expressed thanks for the warm reception of the General Secretary Mrs. Liset of our university art tour in France. He said that the two countries have a deep friendship; the two countries have a close cooperation relationship in various fields. Cultural exchanges and mutual political trust, foreign trade, international exchanges and cooperation are the three major focuses. We are looking forward to working with France in more areas.

　　General Secretary Mrs. Liset said that she would also like to tour China to host the “French Week” activities. General Secretary Mrs. Liset’s husband Mr. Rimon Alexey is a well-known contemporary French painter and he is invited to hold a personal exhibition in Beijing.

　　The two sides discussed the relevant cooperation projects based on Confucius Institute, including passing through the visiting scholar project of “Understanding China” and “Youth Leaders” project invited France’s cultural and artistic circles to visit China to promote the development of Sino-French advanced exchange program.
