In the afternoon of November 19, President Cui Xiliang met with South Sudan Culture, Youth and Sports minister Nadia-Arop-Doody and South Sudanese Ambassador Michael Milligan-Hussein and a line of 9 in Comprehensive Building room 807.

　　President Cui Xiliang introduced our history, characteristics, short-term Chinese intensive education and exchanges with University of Southern Sudan in recent years, and also made a summary of the learning situation of African students in BLCU, especially south Sudan students. He hoped this talk would be able to establish a stable cooperation and exchange relationship with the University of Southern Sudan.

　　Minister Nadia-Arop-Doody expressed gratitude to the welcome of President Cui Xiliang. She showed that it was her first visit to BLCU and was deeply attracted by the internationalization campus atmosphere. She hoped that BLCU could receive more South Sudan students studying in China and support their learning, and looked forward to further enhance mutual cooperation based on the memorandum of cooperation signed last year. She also invited President Cui Xiliang to visit South Sudan and hoped to establish Confucius Institute with BLCU.
