Invited by the Suez Canal University and the China Arab satellite TV, Secretary Li Yuming visited the Egypt and the United Arab Emirates from August 4 to 10 and held the opening ceremony for world’s first Confucius Classroom television channel that was hosted by BLCU.

　　Li attended the first board of directors and participated in the first program. He signed a cooperation agreement with Suez Canal University to build the Egyptian Institute, visited the China Arab satellite TV education base and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the China Arab satellite TV. His visit has achieved fruitful results.
