On the afternoon of September 14, the opening ceremony for BLCU 2015 freshmen was held at the Yifu stadium; more than 4000 new students officially became “BLCUer” and injected fresh blood to “the little United Nations”.
President Cui Xiliang delivered an important speech, he took the motto “virtue speech, harmonious world” as a starting point to teach new students self-cultivation, to build a better world and thinking about their own cultures in learning and comprehending the values of different cultures. In the process of opening ceremony, student representatives on behalf of the students at school sent and wore the school badge for the new students to welcome them to join “the little United Nations” and sent them the “baby fish” mascot to welcome them officially became a “BLCUer”
