Recently, BLCU has received the notice of the UN Department of public information that our university has passed the approval procedures and become a member of the United Nations “Academic Impact Project”.

　　The United Nations “Academic Impact Project” is a global initiative, its purpose is to promote the cooperation between the higher education institutions and the United Nations, share academic resources, and achieve the target and mission of the United Nations “Academic Impact Project” through a series of activities and research. The organization currently has about 120 countries and more than 1000 members, including the Peking University, Tsinghua University and other brother schools. BLCU successfully joined the United Nations “Academic Impact Project”, in the future, we can continue to strengthen the traditional cooperation with the United Nations in Chinese projects on this platform, participate in the joint research program of foreign languages, and also get more opportunities for the study of the UN in our university.

　　In the future, our university will strengthen academic cooperation and exchanges with the United Nations based on the conscientiously fulfillment of the member obligations and open up a broader space for our international cooperation and exchange.
