According to Kazakhstan Presidential Press Office February 21 news, President Nazarbayev signed a presidential decree, appointed Shahrat Nuryshev Shakizatuly as the Kazakhstan Republic ambassador extraordinary and Plenipotentiary in the People’s Republic of China. In March 10th, Shahrat Nuryshev presented a copy of the credentials to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China and officially began to perform his duties.

　　Shahrat Nuryshev Shakizatuly studied in BLCU from 1991 to 1995.
