BLCU Students Face to Face with the Alumni of Foreign Ministry
On the afternoon of June 11, nearly 50 Chinese undergraduates of 11 majors went to participate the activity of “BLCU Students Face to Face with the Alumni of Foreign Ministry” under the leadership of deputy secretary of the Party Committee Wang Luxin.
Through this activity, students not only learned about the mysterious Foreign Ministry and the sublime diplomatic career, but also strengthened their conviction to serve the motherland, to contribute to society. On the way back to school, the scenery of the big city Beijing outside the window of the bus seemed brighter. And the students also had a new interpretation of society and life after this activity.
The activity is a part of the series activities of students career guidance of the Foreign Languages College, which has received strong support from the school's executive leaders. The executive leaders of Foreign Languages College has done a lot of work, including the planning of the activities, contacting and organizing, and the mobilization in which a speech of “learn about diplomacy, broaden international horizons, and enhance the overall quality” was delivered, which laid the foundation for the successful activities.
