October 18, 2013, hosted by BLCU Qinglian Student League (Short for BLCU Qinglian ) and subsidized by Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs Office, “A Bite of Macau”, the activity of experiencing Macau food culture was held. The activity promoted Macau snacks to the students at school both in China and around the world, and made them have a deeper understanding of Macao culture through the introduction of special Macao snacks and its historical sources.
In addition to the establishment of food stalls, this activity also established exhibition area and games area. On that day, the organizers prepared a wide range of specialties in Macau, including maltose produced by students from Macao, coconut cake dishes and curry fish balls which were most familiar to us, etc.,all of which were welcomed by the students.
