Step into the Hometown of Confucius and Mencius, and Feel the Beauty of Chinese Culture
From May 6th to 10th, students and teachers from Speed-up Chinese Academy, more than 300 people, went to Tai’an, Qufu and Qingdao for the long distance language practice activities themed by “Step into the Hometown of Confucius and Mencius, and Feel the Beauty of Chinese Culture”.
In line with the principle of the combination of traditional and modern, language practice and cultural experience, this long distance language practice activity designed different language tasks according to different landscape features and the students’ actual Chinese level, making the students from around the world experience first-hand investigation, the heritage and innovation of Chinese culture , feel different beauty of classical China and modern China.
The four-day language practice gave foreign students a personal and perceptual understanding of traditional Chinese history and modern industry. All kinds of interviews and reports during the practice exercise their ability of practical application of Chinese, which really realized learning while waking, learning in practice, and positive interaction and complementation between in class and after class.
