On the morning of November 13, President Liu Li met with Professor Edward PECK, President of Nottingham Trent University, President of Humanities College Angela Brown, President of Art and Design Michael Marsden and other five people in the conference room 906 of the comprehensive building. The two sides held cordial and enthusiastic talks and renewed the student exchange agreement between the two universities.
President Liu welcomed the delegation’s visit and thanked Nottingham Trent University for the importance it has always attached to the good cooperative relationship between the two universities. Reviewing the history of the cooperation between the two universities can be described as fruitful to reflect the importance and necessity of the cooperation between the two universities. President Liu also stressed many times that BLCU has always attached great importance to friendly relations and cooperation with Nottingham Trent University and has always regarded Nottingham Trent University as an important strategic partner. In addition, President Liu also introduced the development of BLCU in recent years and overseas exchanges.
President Edward PECK thanked BLCU for its warm reception. Later, President Edward PECK gave a brief introduction to the current professional situation of Nottingham Trent University and expressed his hope to continue to carry out practical cooperation with BLCU including student exchanges, while further expanding cooperation fields and exploring cooperation projects in such fields as teacher exchanges and staff exchanges.
