On June 15th, the launching ceremony of the “The Belt and Road” Forum of International Cooperation Exchanging meeting and the series of theme activities of young volunteers were held at the Century College of Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and Telecommunications. BLCU won the 2017 the “The Belt and Road” Forum Advanced Organization Award. BLCU students, Jin Zhisheng and Liang Qiudi, were honored with the capital “outstanding volunteers” due to their outstanding performance.

BLCU’s “excellent volunteer” Liang Qiudi accepted the award as a representative and said “As a volunteer, we should prove to the world the personal accountability of the new generation capital college students by practical action”. The conference broadcasted the “2019 Beijing World Park” propaganda film and the “2022 Winter Olympic games” propaganda film, held the volunteer flag handover and swearing ceremony.

2017 the “The Belt and Road” Forum of International Cooperation had come to an end, but the spirit of the volunteers will always be remembered.
