In the evening of June 22, BLCU Chinese and foreign student art troupe Western band concert was held in the Main Building.

Under the leadership of the command, the Western band playing the “Kang Kang Dance”, “Sound of Spring Waltz”, “Hungarian Dance” and “Peer Gynt Suite No.1, Op.46”, the audiences were intoxicated in music. As the last song of the first half, “Autumn snow” conquered the audience with its unique charm, when the piano stopped, the audience broke prolonged applause.

After the short break, the band brought the audience with Joe Hisaishi’s three familiar famous tracks, and ended with the fourth movement of Symphony No. 9 in E minor “From the New World”. The melody sometimes was strong, magnificent, sometimes as the sun rising, reached one climax after another from the calm, came to an abrupt end in enthusiastic atmosphere and won the praise of the audience!
