On the evening of April 1st, in BLCU’s Main Building’s room 209, the topic “China’s Heart, The World’s Dream” was the focus of BLCU’s opening ceremony of the Eighth Annual World Culture Festival. Blcu’s Council of University Affairs Chairman Wang Lujiang ,President Cui Xiliang, Ambassadors from Italy, Holland, Cuba as well as diplomatic representatives from various foreign countries attended this festive opening ceremony. Chairman Wang unveiled the World Culture Festival emblem “Five Continents With A Common Spirit of Cooperation” symbolizing that culture of the five continents will blossom with radiance on stage during the World Culture Festival. Following that, the “Twelve Girls Band” entertained the audience with an exciting performance that filled them both audio and visual enjoyment.
