On May 10, the “Dubai Immigration Officials Chinese Training Project” held the opening ceremony in our university. This is the first UAE (Dubai) official short-term training program that our university has undertaken. The training aims to further improve the language ability of Dubai immigration officials towards Chinese tourists in a short time, which gains strong support from the Confucius Institute headquarters / Hanban.
In the period of 10 days, Dubai immigration officials will start a series of training activities, participate in high-end interviews, academic seminars, special case investigations, cultural experience etc. and carry out exchanges and communications of future cooperation between China and the Middle East countries in politics, economy, diplomacy, science and technology, culture and other areas, promoting mutual understanding.
