Recently, a delegation led by assistant principal and Chinese International Education Department Director Professor Zhang Wangxi and a line of 4 people visited our cooperation schools in Bangladesh and Nepal.

During the visit, the delegation talked with presidents or the foreign deans of the Confucius Institute of Bangladesh Dhaka University, North South University, Green University, Tribhuvan University in Nepal and Kathmandu University; in Green University and Kathmandu University they held “South Asia Teaching Scholarship” enrollment referral; the delegation also met with two Chinese teachers, sinologists, people from educational circles and BLCU alumni respectively of the two countries.

During the visit, the delegation mainly discussed how to develop “South Asia Teaching Scholarship” recruitment channels, promote Chinese education into Bangladesh, Nepal mainstream education system, help open “Chinese Road” high-end lectures, promote the “Confucius Sinology Plan” implementation, carry out the training of local Chinese language teachers of the two countries and language resource construction and reached many cooperation intentions.
