On the afternoon of October 17, the sum-up meeting of our school’s 50th anniversary was convened in Yifu Lecture Hall. The meeting aims to learning from the anniversary’s work experience, honoring the teams which make outstanding contributions, and inspiring all the teachers and students to better promote the future development of our school.
Li Yuming, Secretary of the CPC Committee, gave a speech at the meeting. He, first on behalf of the university, thanked all the members who poured their heart and soul into the anniversary and highly appreciated the achievements. He also added that attentions should be quickly switched to school’s future growth, transforming all the experience and gains into wealth and impetus for future development, with a sense of crisis awareness.
President Cui Xiliang made a summary report on our anniversary, mainly including three aspects: our achievement that have been made, our experience that have been gained, and follow-up works, opportunity and challenges that BLCU will encounter.
