In December 21, BLCU  hired Macau Science Institute of Technology Professor Li Changsen as visiting professor, the ceremony was held at the new Comprehensive Building room 707.

　　Professor Li Changsen took up the Portuguese news gathering and broadcasting related work in China International Radio from 1970 to 1990, experienced several tough diplomatic translation work, traveled almost all the Portuguese speaking countries and regions; from 1990 to 1993, organized the legal translation and the basic law research work during the transition period of Macau’s return in the Xinhua News Agency Macau office; from 1993 to now, took up the Portuguese teaching work in Macau Science Institute, had been the responsible person in Portuguese teaching, scientific research and academic research. Professor Li Changsen had rich practical experience and high academic reputation in Portuguese translation and press circles and his joining has important significance for Portuguese discipline construction in BLCU.
