In the afternoon of December 10, the Faculty of Foreign Languages School of Advanced Translation hired honorary chairman  Hannelore Lee-Jahnke and Secretary Martin Forstner of the Association of the International University College of Translation as visiting professors of BLCU.

　　Deputy Secretary Wang Luxin issued letters of appointment to the two experts. He was very grateful to the support and guidance of the two experts and hoped to continue to promote construction of School of Translation of BLCU, to further enhance the international reputation of the School of Advanced Translation under the joint efforts in the future. Professor Liu Heping introduced the basic situation of the two experts, and accepted the CIUTI member certificate awarded by International Translation Institute Federation honorary chairman Professor Lee-Jahnke on behalf of the School of Advanced Translation.

　　Professor Forstner gave an academic report entitled “Translation & Interpterting as Services” and teachers of School of Advanced Translation and nearly a hundred MTI education students listened to this report.
