In December 22, the first session of the Council of BLCU Tokyo Institute was held in BLCU.

　　President Cui Xiliang fully affirmed 2015 Tokyo Institute enrollment and teaching work, and put forward suggestions in the major setting, teaching quality, teaching management, teaching evaluation, teachers training, the treatment of teachers, language practice etc. President Ogino Shojiro said that although Tokyo Institute enrollment was not fulfilled as expected in the year of 2015, but the quantity and quality of the students was in continuous improvement and he hoped that BLCU could give strong support in the increase of the major setting, teacher training, high school student exchange camp project etc. Secretary Wu Lingwen reported the overall situation of 2015-2016 school year of Tokyo Institute and the next 5 year development plan. Professor Zhao Jing reported the teaching situation of 2015-2016 school year.

　　The members of the Council discussed the next 5 years plan and the amendments of the content.Both sides have agreed to revise and supplement the existing cooperation agreement, including adding majors, entrance examination, income distribution, teachers sending etc.
