From October 12 to 18, the series of cultural activities of National Education Exchange Project“Hundreds of Senior Chinese Talents Return to China” was hosted by Professor Si Fuzhen, School of Language Sciences in Beijing Language and Culture University in 2015 fall in BLCU.

　　In the opening ceremony, Deputy Party Secretary Wang LuXin of BLCU said in his speech that the success of project“Hundreds of Senior Chinese Talents Return to China” adapts to the demand of the development of the national strategy of “One Belt and One Road” and has a great significance to promote the exchange of folk cultures.

　　Li Xiade, Dean of the Confucius Institute of University of Vienna, Austria, Karimov-Rashad, chief adviser of Azerbaijan’s president Strategic Studies Center, Xiao Pin, chairman of Chinese Language Teachers Association in Indonesia’s central Java province, Lisa – Freese, American famous writer participated in the activity as the senior Chinese talent representatives of returning to China. At the end of the activity, the senior talent representatives and members of the project proposed to the establishment of the “International Club”, to forever plant the “tree of all nations” representing the friendship between students and their alma mater in the heart, to contribute their own passion and power in the cause of education and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries.
