In the morning of October 23, Deputy Secretary Wang Luxin met with the Vice President Mr. Joaquin Espallargas-Iberni of Spanish Madrid Antonio de Nebrija University in the Comprehensive Building conference room 906 and held cordial and friendly talks.

　　Deputy Secretary Wang Luxin introduced the characteristics, settings of our university to the guests and expressed willing to cooperate on student exchanges, Spanish teaching, cooperative education and summer programs with Nebrija University. Vice President Mr. Joaquin Espallargas-Iberni introduced the founding history, the curriculum and the program of developing the most outstanding foreign Spanish masters, and conceiving to establish BLCU-Nebrija college in the future.

　　Through the talks two sides of have made clear the future areas of cooperation, strive to start from a simple project, and then continue to explore other modes of cooperation. Established in 1985, Spanish Madrid Antonio de Nebrija University is the oldest Spanish private university, has established intercollegiate exchanges and cooperation with more than 50 universities in 17 countries, and its foreign Spanish language teaching professional master is the characteristics of their curriculum.
