Liu Shuran was Nominated “the Ninth National College Person of the Year”

　　Recently, the 2013 Spanish Postgraduate Student of Foreign Languages College, Liu Shuran, stood out from 1562 students of 716 universities in 31 provinces (included Hong Kong), and nominated “the Ninth National College Person of the Year”.

　　Liu Shuran of our school is a strong performer in domestic competitions, and was awarded national champion of 2012 “Foreign Language Teaching And Research Press” English speech contest and second prize of the first CCTV Spanish contest. She is a leading person in studies and in attending activities. She has achieved National Scholarship, Excellent League Member fo Beijing, top 20s of “Shanghai Elite Training Camp and Future Sound of APEC” in Beijing, 2013 Excellent Graduate of Beijing Language and Culture University, Merit Student of the school, and  Excellent Cadre of Communist Youth League of the school. She passed Test for Spanish Majors 8 and Test for English Majors at the same time hosted in many big events like the 50th anniversary celebration party. She is very keen to public welfare undertakings: she served the society besides study, organized her class to visite the olds with no families, and went to Dongzhi county of Anhui province to train the local English teachers and students who wanted to change their destinies with knowledge. As an international exchange student, she is also a proud of China, because she has shown the confidence and open mind of the contemporary university students when attended the exchange activity of excellent speech students in America.
