September 13rd evening, with a cool weather, and upon the coming of Mid-Autumn Festival, "Chinese classics: Reading, Calligraphy and Music" party which was held by the propaganda department was held at the Yifu Lecture Hall as scheduled. The event was one of the activities of the 16th BLCU National Popularization of Mandarin Week. It meant to show the charm of Chinese traditional culture through reading, calligraphy and music and other forms of art. There were 16 programs, including reading classics and Guzheng performance. Chang Jingyu, Zhang Zhanyi, Yang Shiquan, Zhu Tianshu, Chen Dazhi and Qin Xiaolan (from Bulgaria), Xin Yue (from Egypt) and other students also wrote a work on site. Each performer portraited "China Dream, Love BLCU" through their own performances.
