On May 21th, vice-president Cao Zhiyun met with the delegation group of five persons including the vice-president of the board of of Egypt Alexander Ruth University Latin Mohammed LaJab.

　　Vice-president Cao Zhiyun expressed that BLCU will be built into an international language study university, and BLCU hopes to further the cooperation with Egypt Alexander Ruth University in fields like language study, teaching research and linguistic study. Vice-president LaJab said that Chinese has been taken as the second language taught as foreign language, now they hope to develop Chinese as an independent major and build an independent college. He also expressed that Chinese students are welcomed to take short time study in Egypt Alexander Ruth University. The two sides exchanged their opinions on the cooperation mode, scholarship, agreement update and other detailed issues.
