Professor Zhao Rixin and Fang Ming Get Special Government Allowance

　　The other day, according to the “Notice of Announcement of Member List who Enjoys a Special Government Allowance in 2012” by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and “Notice of Announcement of Member List who Enjoys a Special Government Allowance in 2012 by General Office of Ministry of Education”, professor Zhao Rixin and Fang Ming of BLCU got the special government allowance. And recently the State Council has granted the certificate. So far, there are 42 experts who enjoy the special government allowance.
