On the afternoon of June 26, Beijing Language and Culture University held the 2017 graduate student innovation fund project closing ceremony and 2018 graduate student innovation fund project training meeting.

Vice President Zhang Wangxi summarized the achievements of the graduate student innovation fund project in BLCU in encouraging the majority of graduate students to devote themselves to scientific research and improving their academic innovation ability in the past few years. Honorary certificates were issued to graduate students who performed prominently in the 2017 innovation fund project and published articles in core journals. He also introduced the establishment and implementation of the 2018 graduate student innovation fund project, encouraging students to use the platform of the innovation fund to develop scientific research ideas, strengthen academic training, enhance research methods and research capabilities, and contribute more to the scientific research work of BLCU and even that of the country.

At present, the evaluation of 2018 graduate student innovation fund project has been completed. After the evaluation organized by the graduate student training units, 171 students have been successfully approved.
