On the morning of June 15, the appointment ceremony of the "love bridge" mentor in Beijing Language and Culture University was successfully held in room 909 of the comprehensive building.

Secretary Ni stressed that the mentors should practice the "love bridge" mentor plan from the perspective of implementing the relevant requirements of "three whole education" and implementing the educational concept of "moral cultivation" in detail. They should use "love" as the "bridge" to build communication channels for teachers and students and provide assistance for students' growth. This is also a beneficial attempt by BLCU Management Service Department to give "BLCU’s answer” to” three whole educations". At the same time, Secretary Ni, as the governor mentor of the mentors, has also put forward ardent expectations for the mentors. First, be strict with ourselves and try to become the guide of students’ healthy growth. Second, be close to students and become their intimate friends. Third, help students to grow up. It is hoped that the mentors could cultivate their own educational abilities, improve their teaching skills, and better serve the educational work.

The "love bridge" mentor program was initiated by the student affairs department. This semester, a new initiative of "three whole education" was launched in the relevant functional departments of BLCU authorities. The plan aims to further strengthen education management and service so that cadres can directly contact students, understand students, talk to students, help students, and serve students.
