On March 20, The British Council (BC) held a working conference on the theme of IELTS test center in north and central China in Yangzhou. Leaders from 14 test sites and front-line exam staff attended the meeting.

    The theme of this meeting is to strengthen IELTS compliance standardization management, sort out changes in IELTS examination process, and improve quality examination services. The staff of each test site speaks freely in the group discussion; they learn from each other and benefit a lot. The meeting has set up a communication platform to effectively convey the IELTS examination advocated by the concept of safety and quality service.

As one of the first IELTS test centers and the largest test site in China, BLCU actively shares its own experience and suggestions on future examination development and examinee service, which has been positively responded and discussed by BC officials and the parties that participating test sites.
