June 22, hosted by the Confucius Institute headquarters/Hanban, The steering committee of the national professional degree graduate education, co-undertook by CGA China Educational Television and Beijing Language and Culture University, the first “Chinese Teaching Heroes” Summer Camp and 2017 Chinese International Education Teaching Conference of Postgraduate Students successfully concluded. BLCU Sun Yueran won the Chinese research group champion, Li Ziyan won the Chinese research team runner-up, Li Minjun (Indonesia) won the foreign research group runner-up.

The Competition went through the preliminary round of 700 candidates from 84 institutions into the top 140 and the promotion tournament into the top 50. BLCU candidates reached the final through the “cultural training”, “unorganized discussion” and the fierce competition of comprehensive competencies and other links. The three students make all the way through in the final, and ultimately got impressive record.

Faculty of International Education of Chinese Language sent a sophisticated team of teachers to prepare for the students to complete the competition, the competition had also got attention and strong support from the relevant department. The awards had fully demonstrated the professional cultivating level of International Education of Chinese Language master’s degree students and the spirit of Chinese teaching students.
