July 1 to 2, 2017 China Tennis Open first job training held in the National Tennis Center. A total of 762 volunteers from major institutions participated in the training program, including 101 BLCU volunteers.

The training was of two days, and was carried out according to the post, and the training for each post lasted about two hours. This training is designed to make the volunteers familiar with the working environment and clear about their tasks. On the first day of training, the volunteers of all post were led by the head of the training to visit the National Tennis Center Diamond Stadium, Lotus Stadium and the external venues. Then at the workplace of all the posts, post leaders introduced the work contents in detail, the work time and advertent items. The post leaders specifically stressed the sense of responsibility, urging volunteers to devote during the post, to comply with the rules and regulations, to provide their professional services for guaranteeing the ever smooth progress of the China Open.

On the second day of job training, four BLCU volunteers of stadium ticket inspection post participated in the training. This post demands the hard work, serious and responsible spirit of volunteers, and completing the ticket inspection, audience order maintenance, site guidance and so on in the internal venues. After the training, a volunteer said: "This job seems simple, in fact, it is the basic work of the China Open, but also the key positions to ensure on-site spectators experience, looking forward to realizing our own values on their own jobs!”

2017 China Tennis Open will be held from September 25 to October 9 at the National Tennis Center, where the BLCU volunteers will perform their duties in 23 positions and inject their own volunteer vitality into the China Open.
