July 3, the training ceremony of Confucius Institute Headquarters/Hanban volunteers to German, Russian in 2017 was grandly held in BLCU Run Run Shaw lecture hall.

The training invited local teachers and experts who have rich experience in Chinese teaching and training for teaching in German and Russian countries. The training was based on the guidance of Confucius Institute Headquarters/Hanban "Volunteer Chinese Teacher Training Program" and "Outline Rules", Carefully planned training courses, applied the "Whole experience" model throughout the training course, which fully reflected the country-oriented, post-oriented, and target-oriented of the curriculum, and presented the intensive training. The combination of theory and practice and the combination of micro-teaching and trial lecture was intended to strive to comprehensively improve the students' Chinese teaching level and cross-cultural communication skills, thus well prepared the students to devote themselves to Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages career with full enthusiasm and to fulfill the glorious mission they bear.
