On the morning of May 11th, BLCU Held the Ceremony of Presenting Books to Ambassy of Ecuador in China at the 909 of the comprehensive building. The president of our university, Cui Xiliang, with Borja, Ambassador to China, signed The Handover Minutes on The Publications of The Republic of Ecuador.

President Cui Xiliang extended welcome to Ambassador Borja and other envoys, and he believed that China and Latin American countries have now entered a new era of comprehensive cooperation. The bilateral cooperation, especially in the field of higher education, has far-reaching significance.

Ambassador Borja said in his speech that the donations included books of Latin American language, culture, history, literature, philosophy and other fields, hoping to help Chinese teachers and students to understand the Latin American situation and other knowledge.

The officials of the embassy in The Republic of Ecuador also briefed the guests on the Ecuadorian multi-ethnic situation and invited artists to perform live performances.
