Recently, with “Reading Classic, Meditate Wisdom” as its theme, the fifth session of BLCU reading season activities officially kicked off.

Reading season series activities of our university was led by Propaganda Department of the Party Committee. This event had been held for 5 successive years, aiming to create a “scholar campus”, so that the campus could become a quiet place both for teachers’ teaching and students’ study, and a place that lighting the bright of wisdom. Having Learned from the CCTV hot broadcast the “reader” program, the fifth reading season series activities invited all the teachers and students of our university to read Chinese and foreign classics, to read and to recommend with teachers and students about the classics that benefited or moved them by this special reading method.
