As an important part of the Third International Seminar on Sino-French Language Policy and Planning, from November 1 to 8, the Capital Museum held a one-week exhibition of Sino-French Linguistic and Cultural Exchange and Cooperation. Our university is responsible for hosting the exhibition, we make full use of all advantages of resources in the exhibition on the overall planning, collection of exhibits, the layout of the exhibition hall and has done a careful design and arrangements. On November 4 and 8, nearly 400 students and teachers from the School of Chinese Training and School of Chinese Language and Culture from Department of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language visited the exhibition.
The main theme of the exhibition is “Language and Culture”, which includes “Language Policy and Planning”, “Language Protection and Cultural Diversity”, “Language Technology and Industry, Language Education” and “Cultural Experience”. Through pictures, real objects, multimedia materials and vivid realism, strive to achieve small scale but with elegance, to show the guests the Chinese and French language policy and planning profiles, promoting the Sino-French language exchange and cultural mutual reference.
