BLCU Students Won Awards in the Second China “Internet +” College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition

Recently, the second session of China “Internet +” College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition Beijing Division successfully ended. The Miriam Frank team of the School of Chinese Language and Culture and their “Big Data Analysis O2O Customized Translation” and the project “Micro Dreams Sunshine - CSR Outsourcing Service” of the graduate student of the School of Information Science were awarded the third prize of the Creative Group and Startup Group respectively.

The project “Big Data Analysis O2O Customized Translation” uses large data to dig out the translator’s translation level and characteristics, and tries to make each translator can work in their best field of translation, creating “translator-client” one-on-one professional translation information website, improve translation efficiency; the project “Micro Dreams Sunshine - Corporate Social Responsibility Outsourcing Services” uses Internet technology, through enterprises, public volunteers, social trinity structure to achieve effective docking and win-win. These projects have very promising prospects.

The participation of this kind of competition shows the actual effect of innovation and entrepreneurship education in our university. It will also play an active role in improving the overall level of innovation and entrepreneurship and promoting the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform of our university.
