On September 14, President Cui Xiliang met with the famous Sinologist Professor Ralph Kauz (Lian Yaming) of Bonn University Germany in conference room 807of the new comprehensive building and conducted in-depth exchanges on construction of Bonn University Confucius Institute.

President Cui listened to preparatory process report of the Bonn University Confucius Institute, expressed appreciation and thanks to Professor Ralph Kauz for his passion and hard work devoted to build Bonn University Confucius Institute and hoped that in our joint efforts, the Bonn University Confucius Institute could early open. Professor Kauz Ralph said, Bonn University has always attached great importance to BLCU and its cooperative relations, with great sincerity for cooperation between the two universities in the Confucius Institute, made full preparations in hardware facilities and preparatory progress work smoothly.

At present, Bonn University is improving the protocol text in accordance with the requests of Confucius Institute headquarters / Hanban, hoping to complete the protocol work as soon as possible.
