In the morning of July 9, in 2016, the overseas Confucius Institute Student Summer Short-Term Research Project and local teacher training program launched a ceremony at our university. Under the support of Confucius Institute headquarters / Hanban, Confucius Institute training center of our university is responsible for four projects: 2016 foreign local Chinese teacher training programs in China, Webster University Confucius Institute “Chinese Language and Culture Experience Tour” short period training program, United States Missouri Elite Youth Training Project and Turkey Okan University Confucius Institute “Chinese Language and Culture Experience Tour” in China short-term training project opened the curtain.

Teachers participated in the training project are from the United States, Canada, Australia, Poland, Malaysia and other 21 countries, they are primary school teachers, secondary school teachers and some of them are also University teachers. Every one of them has their learning tasks, they hoped to enrich own knowledge through more exchanges and learning, provide a reference for the localization of the different countries of international Chinese language education.
