On February 12, Haidian District's Top Ten star Volunteers Selection Campaign officially kicked off.From the 18 outstanding volunteers in Haidian District, 10 were elected as star volunteers.  A total of three volunteers from Beijing Language and Culture University were shortlisted for the top ten star volunteers in Haidian District. Pang Rongrong finally stood out with his rich volunteer service experience and deeds and was successfully elected.

Pang Rongrong defines excellent volunteers in this way. “In addition to being a volunteer, being an excellent volunteer should also have some professional skills. For different activities and different positions, there will be different requirements. Patience, carefulness and love are absolutely necessary. Besides, language ability, first aid knowledge and etiquette quality are also necessary in large-scale competitions.”
