Recently, the International Symposium of the cross-border language and culture along the “One Belt and One Road” and the third China peripheral language and culture forum jointly organized by BLCU and Minzu University of China was held successfully.
The keynote of the forum was chaired by Professor Guo Fenglan, Deputy Director of the Chinese language and culture center in BLCU. The forum is compact, in addition to the general assembly keynote report, there are more than 30 conferences in the report of the general assembly, scholars carried out extensive and in-depth research on the cross-border language structure, the use of cross-border language status, cross-border language and cultural characteristics, cross-border language and ecological protection, cross language research methods, and so on, received good results.
The forum played a matchmaking role for the countries along “One Belt and One Road” to carry out language and cultural exchanges, further promote the cross-border language situation investigation and study and cross-border language study on the theory and method of exploration.
