In the 14th May, the first Sino-Romanian Cooperation Forum under the global background was held successfully in Sibiu, the forum lasted for three days. This forum was organized by the Sibiu Confucius Institute and the forum mainly discussed the relationship between China and Romania in the field of culture, education, language, literature, art, religion, history, politics, society and economy etc. Scholars and professors from Beijing Language and Culture University, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Lucian - Braga University and Chinese major students in Lucian - Braga University altogether over a hundred people attended the forum.
The seminar was mainly divided into the academic group seminar and the Chinese major student group seminar. The scholars and professors attended in the academic group seminar exchanged academic opinions and discussed from four topics: “The Common Language”, “The Link of Exchange”, “The Walking Friendship of China and Romanian” and “The Past, Present and Future”. The student group seminar of more than 20 people was mainly composed of the Chinese major students from Lucian Braga University. They exchanged opinions and discussed the tops of Chinese education, military, art, customs, clothing, medicine, tea and other aspects.
This Sino-Romanian Cooperation Forum under the global background was held successfully and opened a chapter for academic exchanges, built a new platform for cultural exchange and strengthened the bridge of friendship of the people of the two countries.
