Recently, the President of Beijing Language and Culture University Cui Xiliang was invited to visit the National Autonomous University of Mexico, Mexico’s Confucius Institute and the College of Mexico.

　　The delegation of attended the 2015 Conference of Confucius Institute of National Autonomous University of Mexico and communicated with the academic director of Mexico University, Dr. Francois Prud and other school representatives. In addition, as BLCU will soon set up the translation course, President Cui Xiliang hoped that teachers of the College of Mexico could teach in BLCU as visiting scholars. Dr. Francois Prud showed his great interest and support and expressed his wish to participate in the research project.

　　President Cui Xiliang also paid a formal visit to the Chinese Embassy in Mexico and exchanged opinions to further carrying out cooperation of higher education between China and Mexico.
