In the afternoon of 20 May, the Vice President of University of Santiago de Compostela of Spain Mr. Carlos Salgado and project director Mr. Wang Quan visited BLCU.

　　The two sides discussed to increase the history of literature courses in the future to meet the learning needs for the exchange students, and hoped that if it will be possible in the future to carry out the joint training project of “3 + 1 + 1” double bachelor and one master degree and “1 + 3” master and doctor degree. The director Zhang Baojun also emphatically introduced the summer project in our university and sincerely invited the students of University of Santiago de Compostela to participate in our university’s summer camp of Chinese language training.

　　Our university and the University of Santiago de Compostela signed cooperation framework agreement as well as the student and teacher exchange specific protocol in 2010 and signed the private student exchange protocol in 2013. In the last five years, we have sent more than 20 outstanding exchange students of Spanish major and self-financed students to study for one year in the University of Santiago de Compostela and in 2014 successful sent 5 students of BLCU to attend the summer program of that university.
