Recently, the President of BLCU Cui Xiliang was invited to visit University of Havana and attended the fifth Council of the Confucius Institute of the University of Havana, Cuba.

　　The Council listened to a series of work reports by the Council and discussed the problems that urgently need to be solved and proposed the concrete solutions. In addition, the two sides had reached a consensus in strengthening Chinese language education and cultural exchanges and further strengthening the cooperation of education, research and culture.
