In the morning of 21 May, the President Mr. SORIN RUGINA, the Vice President Mr. CONSTANTIN POPA and Mr. MIHAI GIRTU of Romanian Constanca Ovidius University Visited BLCU. The two sides introduced the development of the two universities, reviewed the development of Constanta Confucius Classroom and exchanged views on exchange programs of teachers and students of two universities deepy.

　　Established in 1961, University of Ovidius is a public institution of higher education and established Confucius Classroom of Constanta with Sibiu Confucius Institute of BLCU in March 2011. Since the opening of the Confucius Classroom, about 500 students have registered.
