From September 4 to 5, a seminar on South Pacific island issues in was successfully held in BLCU. Participants in the seminar analyzed the development of Pacific island countries and existing problems from various angles, and proposed that China is actively advocating cooperation with South Pacific island countries to jointly solve the development problems in the South Pacific region. Our Pacific Island Research Center was established in response to the call of the state to break through the category of language research, combine academic research with national political and economic development strategies, find problems and propose solutions to play the role of a "think tank".
